- In a large mixing bowl, add about 4 egg whites and whisk well
- Add about ¾ cup of powdered sugar and continue whisking
- Put in your flour and 1 tsp of vanilla essence in the mix
- Add in vinegar, salt, and baking powder, and start folding thoroughly.
- Add the cake mix to a lined cake pan and bake at 180C for about 30-45 minutes.
- Let it cool down and serve!
