Ingredients

  • 2 cups Britannia Come Alive Curd
  • 2 chopped apples
  • 3/4 cup roasted oats powder
  • 1-2 tbsp honey
  • 3 Britannia NutriChoice Digestive Biscuits
  • 2-3 tbsp jaggery dissolved in water (jaggery water)
  • Mint leaves for garnish

Prepare the Hung Curd:

  1. Place 2 cups of Britannia Come Alive Curd in a muslin cloth over a strainer.
  2. Let it rest for 2 hours to remove excess water, creating thick hung curd.

Make the Apple Mixture:

  1. Transfer the hung curd to a mixing bowl.
  2. Add 2 chopped apples, 3/4 cup roasted oats powder and 1-2 tbsp honey.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.

Prepare the Base:

  2. Place a layer of the biscuits at the bottom of a transparent serving glass.
  3. Drizzle a small amount of jaggery water over the biscuit layer to soften and flavour it.

Assemble the Parfait:

  2. Repeat the biscuit layer, jaggery drizzle and apple mixture 1-2 more times, depending on the size of your glass.
