Ingredients
- 1 cup raw macaroni
- 2 Britannia Cheese Slices
- 2 tbsp of grated Britannia Cheese Cubes
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 tsp pasta seasoning
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup Britannia 50-50 Potazos
- ¼ cup Mozzarella cheese

Prepare Your Pasta
- In a large bowl, add 1 cup of raw macaroni.
- Add two slices of Britannia Cheese Slices into the bowl.
- Grate 2 tbsp worth of Britannia Cheese Cubes.
- Add 1 tbsp of softened butter into the bowl.
- Add 2 tsp of pasta seasoning to give your macaroni and cheese a boost of flavour.
- Put in ½ tsp salt or customise it according to your tastes.
- Pour in 1 cup milk in the bowl and 1 cup water.
- Microwave on high power for 5-7 minutes or until the pasta is almost cooked.
- Take the bowl out and mix the pasta around to ensure the cheese has coated every inch of the macaroni.

Time to Bake
- Place a Britannia 50-50 Potazos biscuit at the bottom of your ramekin.
- If you do not have ramekins, you can use a baking dish and line the bottom with the biscuits.
- Add your macaroni and cheese to the prepared ramekins.
- Add shredded mozzarella cheese on top of your macaroni and cheese.
- Place a Britannia 50-50 Potazos biscuit on top, if you are using a baking dish, cover the entire dish with the biscuits.
- Bake at 210 Celcius for 5-7 minutes.
- Enjoy your tasty baked mac’ n’ cheese.
Special Tip
If you want your pasta to be perfectly al dente, ensure that you are slightly undercooking your macaroni, otherwise it might overcook when you bake it again.
