Ingredients

  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 egg
  • ½ tsp vanilla essence
  • 2–3 packs Good Day Chunkies

Pie Crust

  1. Crush 2–3 packs of Good Day Chunkies to a coarse powder.
  2. Add 2 tbsp of butter to the biscuits in a mixing bowl and mix well.
  3. Take a baking mould greased lightly with butter and press the biscuit mixture into it.
  4. Keep in the fridge for 15 min to cool.

Filling

  1. In a mixing bowl, crack an egg and add ½ cup of brown sugar; whisk the two until blended well.
  2. Add ½ cup milk and ½ tsp vanilla to the mixture and whisk again until foamy.
  3. Add some blueberry puree and mix it in with a spoon.

Bake

  1. Preheat the oven to 175°C.
  2. Pour the prepared filling onto the chilled crust and add some fresh blueberries on top.
  3. Bake the pie for about 40 min to make the most chunky and chocolatey blueberry pie.
  4. You can decorate it with whipped cream and more blueberries!
