Ingredients
- 250 gm gram flour
- ¼ cup Britannia Come Alive Dahi
- 1 cup milk
- 250 ml sugar syrup
- Orange food colouring
- 100 gm mixed nuts
- Britannia ghee for frying
How to make :

- Add 250 grams of gram flour or besan in a large mixing bowl.
- Pour 1 entire cup of milk and ¼ cup of Britannia Come Alive Dahi.
- Take a whisk and mix until combined properly.
- Take a pan with some Britannia ghee for frying and get yourself a ladle with holes.
- Once the ghee is piping hot, add the batter on top of the ladle and fry.
- Due to the holes in the ladle, small spheres form in the ghee called boondi.
- Take the boondi out of the ghee and set it aside until assembly.
Special Tip
In a large bowl, add 250 ml of simple sugar syrup.
