Boondi Ladoo Recipe - Homemade Classics

  1. Add 250 grams of gram flour or besan in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Pour 1 entire cup of milk and ¼ cup of Britannia Come Alive Dahi.
  3. Take a whisk and mix until combined properly.
  4. Take a pan with some Britannia ghee for frying and get yourself a ladle with holes.
  5. Once the ghee is piping hot, add the batter on top of the ladle and fry.
  6. Due to the holes in the ladle, small spheres form in the ghee called boondi.
  7. Take the boondi out of the ghee and set it aside until assembly.
