Have pizza on the go with this easy-to-make bread pizza pocket recipe. All you need is a packet of white bread and ingredients you can find around the house. Who knew a simple appetiser could be this delicious?

Ingredients
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 tbsp of garlic
- 1 onion
- 1 cup mixed vegetables
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp mixed herbs seasoning
- ½ tsp black pepper powder
- ½ tsp red chilli flakes
- 2 tbsp pizza sauce
- 3-4 slices of bread
- 1 block Britannia Cheeza
How to make :

- Heat your pan on medium and add 1 tsp of oil.
- Add 1 tbsp of finely chopped garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Chop one onion into small cubes and add them to your pan.
- Add one cup of chopped mixed vegetables of your choice into the pan.
- Add salt according to your preference.
- Season with ½ tsp pepper, red chilli flakes and mixed herbs.
- Add 2 tbsp of pizza sauce to your mixed vegetables and mix them thoroughly.
- Transfer them to a bowl once cooked.
- Place your bread on a flat surface, flatten it with a rolling pin and set aside for assembly.
- Take your flattened bread and spoonful of mixed vegetable filling on diagonally.
- Add integrated Britannia Cheeza on top.
- Gently fold your bread into triangles and seal the edges with water.
- For deep frying, add oil to a pan.
- Drop your cheesy bread pizza pocket into the hot oil.
- Once golden brown, take them out and serve them hot!
Special Tip
For a cooking alternative, you can also use an air fryer for the tasty and delicious cheesy bread pizza pocket.
