- 4 eggs
- 2 tbsp milk
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp mint chutney
- Slices Britannia cheese
- Toothpicks

Cheesy Egg & Mint Chutney Pinwheels
- Whisk the Eggs: In a bowl, break 4 eggs and add 2 tablespoons of milk. Season with salt and pepper and whisk until smooth.
- Cook the Omelette: Heat butter on a tawa or skillet over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture, spreading it evenly. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes, then flip to cook the other side for another minute.
- Add Mint Chutney: Once cooked, transfer the omelette to a cutting board and spread 2 tablespoons of mint chutney evenly across its surface.
- Add Cheese: Place Britannia cheese slices over the chutney, covering the entire omelette.
- Roll and Slice: Starting from one side, roll the omelette tightly. Secure with toothpicks at even intervals, then slice into bite-sized pinwheels.
