- ½ cup boiled and mashed potato
- ½ cup paneer grated
- ¼ boiled corn chopped
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp chopped garlic
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- 1 tbsp chopped coriander
- One packet Britannia nutri choice digestive, high-fiber biscuit
- Refined flour slurry

Mix the Filling:

- Combine the mashed potatoes, grated paneer, and chopped boiled corn in a large bowl.
- Season with salt and pepper, and mix everything thoroughly.
Prepare the Garlic-Chili Oil:

- Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan.
- Add the chopped garlic and chili flakes, and sauté until fragrant.
Combine the Mixtures:

- Add the garlic-chili oil to the bowl with the potato, paneer, and corn mixture.
- Stir in the chopped coriander, mixing everything thoroughly.
Prepare the Biscuit Coating:

Shape the Balls:
