Ingredients
- 50 gm butter
- 300 gm dark chocolate
- 100 ml fresh cream
- 200 ml milk
- 3–4 packs of Good Day Chocochip
How to make :
Choco Lava Cake: Molten Magic
- Crush 1 pack of Good Day Chocochip cookies into a crumbly mix.
- Pour 200 ml of milk into the biscuits and mix well to form the batter.
- Keep the batter aside and begin making the chocolate lava of the cake.
- Place a bowl over boiling water and add 300 gm of chopped dark chocolate.
- Add 50 gm of softened butter and 100 ml of fresh cream and stir continuously.
- Turn off the heat once the chocolate has melted.
- Prepare an aluminium tray covered with cling film and pour in the prepared chocolate lava.
- Spread evenly and pop it into the fridge for an hour to set.
- Take silicone moulds and pour about 1–1 ½ tbsp of the batter into the mould.
- Create a tiny ball of the chocolate lava and add it to the mould, covering it again with more batter.
- Bake the choco lava cake at 180 degrees for 13–15 min till perfectly cooked!
Special Tip
You can use ramekins to serve the chocolate cakes straight out of the oven.
