Ingredients

  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 ½ tsp baking powder
  • 3 cups milk
  • 3 eggs
  • ¾ cup butter
  • 2–3 tbsp caramel sauce
  • 2 tsp icing sugar
  • ¼ cup mixed berries
  • 2–3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 2 packs Good Day Chunkies

How to make :

Good Day Chunkies Chocolate Waffles Recipe

  1. Crush the Britannia Good day Chunkies and keep aside.
  2. Take a mixing bowl for the wet ingredients first; crack 3 eggs into the bowl and whisk.
  3. Add 2 tbsp powdered sugar along with ¾ cup melted butter and whisk again.
  4. Place a sieve over the bowl and add 1 cup all-purpose flour and 1 & ½ tsp baking powder.
  5. Using a spatula, fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
  6. Add the crushed biscuits to the batter and fold again.
  7. Pour 2 cups of milk into the batter to form a good consistency; add more milk gradually.
  8. Keep the batter to rest for 5–8 mins while you heat the waffle machine
  9. Grease the machine with some melted butter before pouring a good amount of the chocolate waffle batter into it.
  10. Check the waffles after 10–12 min to check if they have cooked. You can add some butter on top if you prefer more crispy waffles.
  11. To serve these delicious chocolate waffles, cut them into triangles and decorate them with drizzles of maple syrup, caramel syrup, icing sugar, and fresh berries.
