Ingredients
- 1 cup mashed potatoes
- 1 cup paneer (grated)
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp powdered black pepper
- ½ tsp mixed herb seasoning
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 burger buns
- Lettuce leaves
- 1 pack Britannia Cheese Slices
- 1 tomato
- 1 Britannia Roasted Garlic Cheese Spread

Burger Patty:
- In a mixing bowl, simply add about 1 cup of mashed potatoes.
- Grate your paneer and add about 1 cup of paneer to the bowl.
- Add salt to taste and mix thoroughly.
- Season the mix with ½ tsp of powdered black pepper and mixed herbs.
- Take a little bit of butter, put it on your palm and mould the shape of the burger patties.
- In a pan add the rest of your butter, and cook your burger patties.
- Set them aside and wait until assembly.

Burger Buns:
- Slice the burger buns to create two halves.
- Add these slices into the same pan, toast the insides and set aside for assembly.

Assembly Process
- In a serving dish, place your bottom buns and add your fresh lettuce.
- Place the cooked burger patty onto the bun.
- Add a slice of the delicious Britannia Cheese Slices on top.
- Slice your tomatoes and add them to the burger.
- Take your top bun and add a generous amount of Britannia Roasted Garlic Cheese Spread.
- Place the bun on top and enjoy your tasty burger!
Special Tip
You can chop your lettuce and place it on the bread to avoid your burger patty moving around.
