Ingredients
- 1 cup desiccated coconut
- ½ cup milk chocolate(melted)
- 2 tbsp Britannia ghee
- 4 tbsp condensed milk
- ½ tsp cardamon powder
- ¼ cup dry fruits
How to make :
Coconut Peda: Chocolate and Coconut Twist Peda
- Take a large mixing bowl and add 1 cup of desiccated coconut.
- Add 4 tbsp of condensed milk in the same bowl.
- Melt your milk chocolate and add that in as well.
- Add ½ tsp of cardamom powder.
- Mix all the ingredients well until they have formed a sort of dough.
- Apply some ghee to your palms and roll the dough into balls.
- Use your thumb to press the balls into a flat peda shape.
- Garnish with chopped nuts and your coconut pedas are done!
Special Tip
For a nutty crunchy texture, add some chopped nuts to the mixture directly.
