Ingredients

  • 1 cup desiccated coconut 
  • ½ cup milk chocolate(melted)
  • 2 tbsp Britannia ghee
  • 4 tbsp condensed milk
  • ½ tsp cardamon powder 
  • ¼ cup dry fruits

How to make :

Coconut Peda: Chocolate and Coconut Twist Peda

  1. Take a large mixing bowl and add 1 cup of desiccated coconut. 
  2. Add 4 tbsp of condensed milk in the same bowl.
  3. Melt your milk chocolate and add that in as well.
  4. Add ½ tsp of cardamom powder.
  5. Mix all the ingredients well until they have formed a sort of dough.
  6. Apply some ghee to your palms and roll the dough into balls.
  7. Use your thumb to press the balls into a flat peda shape.
  8. Garnish with chopped nuts and your coconut pedas are done!

Special Tip

For a nutty crunchy texture, add some chopped nuts to the mixture directly.
