Ingredients

  • 100 gm dark chocolate
  • 100 gm white chocolate
  • 4 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 250 ml whipped cream
  • 3 packs of Good Day Chunkies

Preparing the Layers

  1. Crush the Good Day Chunkies biscuits using a food processor or with your hands and keep aside.
  2. Place a pot over boiling water and add the dark and white chocolate.
  3. Add some cream to the chocolate and mix until it melts to make the ganache. (You can also melt it in a microwave)
  4. Make sure the ganache is at room temperature before assembling the parfait.

Assembling the Parfait

  1. Take a short or tall glass as per your preference and start layering by adding the Good Day Chunkies crumbs.
  2. Pour some chocolate ganache as the second layer.
  3. Add whipped cream to a piping bag and swirl a layer on top of the ganache.
  4. Repeat the process again to create a second layer.
  5. Top it off with a Good Day Chunkies biscuit and a wafer roll for that extra flair.
