- ½ cup finely crushed cashew nuts
- 1 tsp Britannia ghee
- 1 cup milk
- ½ cup milk powder
- 2 tbsp pistachios
- 2 tsp sugar
- ½ cup cranberry
How to make :
Cranberry Peda Recipe: A Fruity Delight
- Place a large saucepan on medium flame and add a tsp of Britannia ghee.
- Add ½ cup of deseeded and chopped-up cranberries into the saucepan.
- Roast it for about 2 minutes and add approximately 2 tbsp milk
- Add in your milk powder, crushed cashew nuts, sugar, and mix thoroughly.
- Cook until it transforms into a paste-like consistency.
- Add a ½ tsp of ghee towards the end and mix well.
- Spread ghee thinly over a plate with the help of a spatula.
- Let it cool for about 15–30 minutes.
- Now add a bit of ghee to your clean palm.
- Scoop out the mix and roll it in your hands, giving it the shape you want.
- Make an indentation in the centre with your finger and add pistachios to it.
Special Tip
Instead of using pistachios, you can use any dry fruit you desire.
