Ingredients

  • ½ cup finely crushed cashew nuts 
  • 1 tsp Britannia ghee
  • 1 cup milk 
  • ½ cup milk powder
  • 2 tbsp pistachios 
  • 2 tsp sugar 
  • ½ cup cranberry

How to make :

Cranberry Peda Recipe: A Fruity Delight

  1. Place a large saucepan on medium flame and add a tsp of Britannia ghee.
  2. Add ½ cup of deseeded and chopped-up cranberries into the saucepan.
  3. Roast it for about 2 minutes and add approximately 2 tbsp milk 
  4. Add in your milk powder, crushed cashew nuts, sugar, and mix thoroughly.
  5. Cook until it transforms into a paste-like consistency. 
  6. Add a ½ tsp of ghee towards the end and mix well.
  7. Spread ghee thinly over a plate with the help of a spatula. 
  8. Let it cool for about 15–30 minutes. 
  9. Now add a bit of ghee to your clean palm. 
  10. Scoop out the mix and roll it in your hands, giving it the shape you want. 
  11. Make an indentation in the centre with your finger and add pistachios to it.

Special Tip

Instead of using pistachios, you can use any dry fruit you desire.
