- 3–4 dates
- 6–7 Britannia Nutrichoice 5 Grain Digestive Biscuits
- ¼ cup milk
- ¼ tsp cinnamon powder
- 2–3 ice cubes
- Crushed Britannia Nutrichoice 5 Grain Digestive Biscuits
- Sprig of mint leaves
