Ingredients

  • 250 gm Britannia Come Alive Dahi
  • 200 gm fresh cream 
  • 200 gm condensed milk
  • 150 gm custard apple puree
  • Mint leaves 
  • 100 gm white chocolate 
  • 2 drops of green colouring
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips

How to make :

Baked Custard Apple Yogurt Recipe

  1. Add your Britannia Come Alive Dahi in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Pour about 200 gm of condensed milk into the bowl as well. 
  3. Add in the 200 gm of fresh cream to enhance the richness of it.
  4. The star ingredient of this custard apple dessert, the puree is added at this stage.
  5. Whisk it all together and strain it through a large strainer.
  6. Add the mix into small mason jars or small glasses.
  7. Once poured, cover the head with aluminium foil and seal it tight.
  8. Transfer them to a baking tray and add water to the tray.
  9. Put them into a preheated oven at 180°C for 8–10 minutes.
  10.  Once done, let them rest until the jars are cool to touch.
  11. Mix your white chocolate and green food colouring and prepare a piping bag for the garnish. 
  12. Add the green icing all around the rim.
  13. Add chocolate chips to the icing to replicate the look of a custard apple.
  14. Once done, serve it chilled!

Special Tip

Use extra ripe custard apples for the perfect puree.
