Ingredients
- 4–5 tortillas
- ½ cup butter
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon powder
- ½ cup fresh cream
- ½ cup dark chocolate
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Sea salt
- 1 banana
- ¼ cup mixed berries
- ¼ cup cranberries
How to make :

- Pour some melted butter into a mixing bowl.
- Prepare cinnamon and brown sugar by mixing them onto a plate.
- Take triangle-shaped tortillas and dip them into the melted butter followed by coating them in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Place the tortillas onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Bake them in the preheated oven at 180°C for about 2 min on each side.
- Keep aside to cool.
- To make the chocolate sauce, place ½ cup of fresh cream in a double boiler and add a dash of sea salt.
- Pour in 1 tsp of vanilla extract and 1 tbsp of sugar; mix well until the sugar dissolves.
- Add in chopped dark chocolate and keep mixing until the chocolate melts.
- Keep aside to cool.
- Place the nachos on a plate and slice a banana, some mixed berries, and dried cranberries on the nachos.
- Drizzle the prepared chocolate sauce on top along with some sea salt and sprinkles to finish off the chocolate nachos.
Special Tip
You can add chocolate chips and other toppings as well based on your preferences.
