- 2 tbsp Britannia ghee
- 500 gms carrot
- 1 ½ ltr milk
- ¼ cup mawa
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ tsp cardamom powder
- 3 tbsp dry fruits
How to make :

- In a saucepan add 2 tbsp of Britannia ghee and heat it up
- Add 500 grams of shredded carrot to the saucepan
- Stir the shredded carrot in the ghee and then add 1 ½ ltr of milk into the mix.
- Add about ¼ cup of mawa to the mixture and stir to prevent the carrot from burning.
- To sweeten, add about ½ cup of sugar and ½ tsp of cardamom powder.
- Keep stirring until it has reduced to the halwa consistency.
- Add 3 tbsp of dry fruits to the mixture and serve!

You can use a single type of dry fruit instead of using a mix.
