- 1 cup warm milk
- Saffron
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 cup Britannia Come Alive Dahi
- 2 cups whipped cream
- Gulab jamuns
- Pistachios
How to make :
Gulab Jamun Parfait Recipe: A Sweet Fusion
- Mix 1 cup of warm milk and add in some saffron for the taste and scent.
- Add ¼ cup of honey as well and mix.
- In a large mixing bowl, add 1 cup of hung Britannia Come Alive Dahi and 2 cups of whipped cream and mix well.
- Take your serving container and add the saffron milk first.
- Chop up some gulab jamuns and layer them on top.
- Now pipe out the cream and dahi mix on top.
- Sprinkle some chopped pistachios on top for the texture and crunch.
- Share and enjoy your gulab jamun parfait!

If you don’t have hung curd, you can make it at home by straining the liquid out of your curd before cooking
