  • ¼ cup sprouted moong
  • ¼ cup boiled potatoes
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp green chutney
  • 2 tbsp tamarind chutney
  • Britannia NutriChoice 5 Grain Digestive biscuits
  • 2 tbsp nylon sev
  • 3 tsp chopped coriander

  1. Gather all the sev puri ingredients before you begin.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add some sprouted moong along with boiled potatoes.
  3. Sprinkle some red chilli powder, chaat masala and salt to the mix.
  4. Add green chutney and tamarind chutney and mix everything well.
  5. Grab some Britannia NutriChoice 5 Grain Digestive biscuits and place them on a platter.
  6. Take a spoonful of the moong chaat prepared and top each biscuit with it.
  7. Sprinkle nylon sev and chopped coriander onto each biscuit and your homemade sev puri is ready to relish.
