Ingredients

  • ½ cup Britannia Dairy Whitener
  • ½ cup almond powder
  • ¼ cup cooked rice
  • ¼ cup icing sugar
  • Milk as needed
  • 2 tbsp condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp pistachios 
  • 2 tbsp cashews
  • 1 cup whipped cream

How to make :

Almond Pilaf Recipe: Nutty Bliss

  1. Add ½ cup of milk powder, almond powder, and ¼ cup of icing sugar in a large mixing bowl. 
  2. In the dry mix, add milk and knead until it forms a smooth dough.
  3. Take tiny bowls or sweet dish cups and spread the dough until it has covered the sides and there is a slight indentation in the middle.
  4. In a separate bowl, mash the rice with a fork or a masher.
  5. Add about 2 tbsp of condensed milk in the rice bowl.
  6. Chop up cashews and pistachios and mix it in until combined thoroughly.
  7. Now add this rice mix into the indentation made previously.
  8. Add a generous amount and pipe whipped cream on top. Serve and enjoy your almond pilaf!

You can add some fun sprinkles as a garnish on your almond pilaf.
