Ingredients

  • 2 cup dates
  • 1 cup milk powder
  • 3 tbsp condensed milk
  • ¼ cup cashew powder
  • ¼ cup mixed nuts
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 1 pack Britannia Chunkies

How to make :

Khajur Biscuit Roll: Crunchy & Chewy Goodness

  1. Crush 1 pack of Good Day Chunkies and add into a bowl along with 3 tbsp condensed milk and mix well.
  2. Take another bowl and add 2 cup chopped dates and ¼ cup chopped nuts.
  3. Also add ¼ cup cashew powder and 1 cup milk powder to bind everything together.
  4. Pour 3 tbsp milk into the mixture to form the roll.
  5. Bring out an aluminium foil and place a parchment paper on top.
  6. Spread and press down the Britannia Chunkies mixture prepared earlier onto the parchment paper.
  7. Place the dry fruit and nut roll onto the biscuit layer.
  8. Using the aluminium foil, tightly bind them together and create a roll.
  9. Place the roll along with the foil into the fridge for about 30–45 min.
  10. Unwrap the khajur biscuit roll and slice them using a serrated knife. Your biscuit rolls are now ready!
