- 1 tbsp icing sugar
- 1 cup grated Britannia Come Alive Paneer
- 100 ml fresh cream
- ¼ cup caster sugar
- 2 tsp lemon zest
- ½ tsp lemon extract
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 50 gm dark chocolate

- Prepare shortbread crust tarts and coat them with melted dark chocolate.
- Place them in the fridge to set.
- Take a mixing bowl and add 1 cup of grated paneer and 100 ml of fresh cream.
- Add ¼ cup of caster sugar along with ½ tsp each of vanilla extract and lemon extract.
- Grate some lemon zest into the mixture and mix well using a spoon.
- Take out the tarts and scoop small portions of the mixture into the middle.
- Sprinkle some dark chocolate shaving to garnish the lemon tarts.
Special Tip
You can add some chocolate sprinkles instead of the dark chocolate shavings as per your convenience!
