Ingredients

  • 400 gm chocolate 
  • 200 ml fresh cream 
  • 15–20 chocolate cookies (any Britannia chocolate biscuits will do)
  • Crusted pistachios

How to make :

  1. In a bowl, add about 400 gm of chocolate and 200 ml of fresh cream and mix lightly. 
  2. Pop it in the microwave for about 2–3 minutes or until melted and mix well.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, crush up 15-20 chocolate biscuits. Any Britannia chocolate biscuits will work for this step.
  4. Pour the melted chocolate and mix it in with your biscuits until every inch is coated. 
  5. Get a greased tin and add crushed pistachios to the bottom of the pan.
  6. Add the biscuit mix into the pan and level it with a spatula.  
  7. Add another layer of crushed pistachios on top.
  8. Put it in the refrigerator for approximately 45 minutes.

Special Tip

You can use different types of chocolates like white or dark chocolate to create different variations of this cake.
