- 10-12 NutriChoice digestive zero biscuits
- 2 tbsp chopped almonds
- 2 tbsp cashews
- 2 tbsp pistachios
- 1 tbsp ghee
- ½ cup seedless dates, chopped
- ¼ cup dried figs (anjeer), chopped
How to make :

- Prepare the Biscuit Base: Take 10-12 NutriChoice digestive biscuits and grind them into a fine powder. Set aside in a bowl.
- Roast the Nuts: In a pan, roast the almonds, cashews, and pistachios over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until they are golden and aromatic. Set aside.
- Cook the Dates and Figs: In the same pan, add 1 tbsp ghee, followed by the seedless dates and chopped figs. Cook, stirring until the mixture becomes soft and forms a dough-like texture.
- Combine the Ingredients: Add the roasted nuts and biscuit powder to the date mixture, stirring well until everything is incorporated.
- Form the Roll: Transfer the mixture onto a piece of butter paper. Using the paper, shape it into a cylindrical roll.
- Coat and Slice: Sprinkle some additional biscuit powder over the roll, coating it evenly on all sides. Slice into even pieces and enjoy your nutty biscuit roll!

- Add a dash of cinnamon or cardamom to the date mixture for extra flavour.
