- 1 cup chopped broccoli
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper powder

- Chopped walnuts for topping

How to make :
Oats and Broccoli Pancake Recipe
- Combine 1/4 cup of powdered Britannia NutriChoice Essentials Oats Cookies in a bowl.
- Add 1 cup of finely chopped broccoli to the oats mixture.
- Crack 2 eggs into the bowl and mix thoroughly.
- Season with 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper powder. Stir until all ingredients are well combined.
- Heat some butter and pour the pancake mixture onto the pan, forming small pancakes.
