Ingredients
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1 tbsp ginger paste
- 2 chopped green chilies
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1/4 tsp kasuri methi powder
- 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
- Salt to taste
- 200 gm Britannia Come Alive Paneer, grated
- 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
- Britannia whole wheat bread slices
- Lettuce leaves
- Coriander sprigs for garnish
How to make :
Paneer Bhurji Bruschetta Recipe
- Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and add 1 tsp cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add 1/2 cup chopped onions and sauté until soft.
- Add 1 tbsp ginger paste, 2 chopped green chilies, and mix well.
- Stir in 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tbsp coriander powder, 1 tsp red chili powder, and 1/4 tsp kasuri methi powder. Mix well to combine.
- Add 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes and salt to taste. Stir and cook until the tomatoes soften.
- Grate 200 gm Britannia Come Alive Paneer and add it to the pan. Mix thoroughly to combine.
- Stir in 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Toast Britannia whole wheat bread slices on a pan until crisp.
- Place a layer of lettuce leaves on each toasted bread slice and top with the paneer mixture.
- Garnish with fresh coriander sprigs and serve.
Special Tip
- For extra crunch, lightly toast the bread before adding the lettuce and paneer mixture.
- You can adjust the spice levels by adding more or fewer green chillies and red chilli powder.
- For a richer flavour, drizzle some olive oil on top before serving.
