- 2 cup paneer
- 1 tsp Britannia ghee
- ¼ cup khoya
- 4 tbsp rose syrup
- Almonds
- Pistachios
How to make :

- Place the paneer in a bowl and mash until it’s smooth in texture.
- Heat a pan and add the mashed paneer, cooking on low heat for 3–4 minutes or until moisture evaporates.
- Stir in the rose syrup, cooking on low heat for 8–10 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Add khoya, stirring until melted and well combined.
- Grease an aluminium tray with ghee.
- Arrange almond and pistachio slices on the tray, then pour the paneer mixture over them.
- Press the mixture evenly into the tray and let it cool.
- Once cooled, remove the paneer sandesh sweet from the tray, cut it into squares, and serve.
Special Tip
For a smoother texture, blend the paneer mixture in a food processor before cooking for enhanced consistency.
