Ingredients
- 4–5 kesar pedas
- 4–5 bread slices
- 3 tbsp milk
- Oil for frying
- 3 tbsp sev
- 1 tbsp milk powder
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar
- Rose syrup
- 1 tbsp mixed nuts
How to make :
Bread Triangle Peda Recipe
- Grate 4–5 pedas and add to a mixing bowl.
- Add 3 tbsp of sev along with 1 tbsp each of milk powder and powdered sugar.
- Mix well before adding milk one tablespoon at a time to bind the mixture well.
- Take bread slices with their edges cut off and brush them with milk.
- Add the prepared peda stuffing into the bread and fold in half, pressing the edges to close the triangle bread.
- Heal oil in a pot and add the bread triangles to fry until golden brown.
- Garnish the bread triangle pedas with rose syrup and mixed nuts.
