Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • ½ tsp ginger
  • ½ cup onion
  • ⅓ cup capsicum
  • ½ cup carrot
  • 1 cup cabbage
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 pack of Britannia 50 50 Maska Chaska
  • ½ tsp soya sauce
  • 1 tsp red chilli sauce
  • Schezwan sauce

How to make :

50 50 Maska Chaska Open Spring Roll

  1. Pour just 1 tbsp oil in a wok on medium flame.
  2. Add your garlic, ginger and all the veggies to the wok.
  3. Add pepper and salt to taste.
  4. Saute for 1–2 minutes on high flame.
  5. Add soya and red chilli sauce and stir.
  6. Take it off the stove and prep your 50 50 Maska Chaska base.
  7. Place the biscuits on a tray and coat each with a layer of schezwan sauce.
  8. Add the stir-fried veggies on top.
  9. Serve with a side of schezwan sauce!

Special Tip

If you’re looking for a non-vegetarian version of this recipe, just toss some shredded chicken into the wok along with the veggies.
