Ingredients
- Boiled and mashed potatoes
- Chopped onions
- Green chillies
- Chopped tomatoes
- Britannia 50 50 Gol Maal
- Red chilli powder
- Chaat masala
- Roasted cumin powder
- Salt
- Coriander leaves
- Lemon juice
- Curd
- Green chutney
- Tamarind chutney
- Sev
- Coriander leaves
How to make :
Britannia 5050 Golmaal Biscuit Chaat Recipe
- Take boiled and mashed potatoes in a bowl.
- Add chopped onions, green chilli and chopped tomatoes.
- Add some red chilli powder, chaat masala and roasted cumin powder.
- Add salt, coriander leaves and lemon juice.
- Mix everything together and prep your 50 50 biscuits on a plate.
- Dole out a spoonful of the chaat mix on each biscuit.
- Top with chopped onions and tomato.
- Add a spoonful of curd to each biscuit.
- Add green and tamarind chutney.
- Garnish with sev and coriander leaves, and serve!
Special Tip
Add a pinch of salt to your curd to elevate the flavour explosion.
