Ingredients

  • Boiled and mashed potatoes
  • Chopped onions
  • Green chillies
  • Chopped tomatoes
  • Britannia 50 50 Gol Maal
  • Red chilli powder
  • Chaat masala
  • Roasted cumin powder
  • Salt
  • Coriander leaves
  • Lemon juice
  • Curd
  • Green chutney
  • Tamarind chutney
  • Sev
  • Coriander leaves

How to make :

Britannia 5050 Golmaal Biscuit Chaat Recipe

  1. Take boiled and mashed potatoes in a bowl.
  2. Add chopped onions, green chilli and chopped tomatoes.
  3. Add some red chilli powder, chaat masala and roasted cumin powder.
  4. Add salt, coriander leaves and lemon juice.
  5. Mix everything together and prep your 50 50 biscuits on a plate.
  6. Dole out a spoonful of the chaat mix on each biscuit.
  7. Top with chopped onions and tomato.
  8. Add a spoonful of curd to each biscuit.
  9. Add green and tamarind chutney.
  10. Garnish with sev and coriander leaves, and serve!

Special Tip

 Add a pinch of salt to your curd to elevate the flavour explosion.
