- 15–20 Britannia Biscafe Super Thin Coffee Crackers
- 200 gms grated coconut
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 3 tbsp milk
- 100 gms dark chocolate
- 2 tbsp butter
How to make :
Britannia Biscafe Mocha Kobari Mithai
- Start by grinding your Britannia Biscafe Crackers into a coarse powder.
- Empty the grated coconut into a pan and cook on low heat.
- Add ½ cup powdered sugar to the pan.
- Pour 3 tbsp milk and add the Biscafe Crackers powder.
- Mix till the mixture comes together.
- Once ready, empty into a square cake pan and leave it to cool.
- Take your dark chocolate slab and chop it into uniform squares.
- Add butter and melt in the microwave for 30 seconds.
- Pour this chocolate sauce over the mithai layer.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Once it sets, remove and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Special Tip
You can also use milk or white chocolate for fun variations of this coconut barfi recipe.
