Ingredients

  • 15–20 Britannia Biscafe Super Thin Coffee Crackers
  • 200 gms grated coconut
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 100 gms dark chocolate
  • 2 tbsp butter

How to make :

Britannia Biscafe Mocha Kobari Mithai

  1. Start by grinding your Britannia Biscafe Crackers into a coarse powder.
  2. Empty the grated coconut into a pan and cook on low heat.
  3. Add ½ cup powdered sugar to the pan.
  4. Pour 3 tbsp milk and add the Biscafe Crackers powder.
  5. Mix till the mixture comes together.
  6. Once ready, empty into a square cake pan and leave it to cool.
  7. Take your dark chocolate slab and chop it into uniform squares.
  8. Add butter and melt in the microwave for 30 seconds.
  9. Pour this chocolate sauce over the mithai layer. 
  10. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  11. Once it sets, remove and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Special Tip

You can also use milk or white chocolate for fun variations of this coconut barfi recipe.
