Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp coffee powder
  • ⅓ cup water
  • 1 cup dark chocolate
  • 2 packs of Good Day Choco Chip Biscuits

How to make :

Britannia Biscuit Choco Log

  1. Melt your dark chocolate compound on medium heat.
  2. Begin preparing your cake mixture in a large bowl.
  3. Add your powdered sugar, coffee powder and cocoa powder.
  4. Add your melted butter and water, and mix.
  5. Make sure there are no lumps.
  6. Take your melted chocolate off the pan and pour into a large bowl.
  7. Take your Britannia Good Day biscuits and start dipping them in the chocolate one by one.
  8. Place the dipped biscuits on a baking tray lined with butter paper.
  9. Stick all the biscuits together in a row to create a log shape.
  10. Spread the remaining melted chocolate over the biscuit log.
  11. Once both the logs are covered, take some sprinkles and decorate.
  12. Crush your remaining biscuits and top off the logs.
  13. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.
  14. Remove once done and serve!

Special Tip

Make sure to use dark chocolate to balance the sweetness of the biscuits.
