Ingredients

  • 1 pack of Britannia Bourbon biscuits
  • 200 gms grated paneer
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • Nuts

How to make :

Britannia Bourbon Kalakand Recipe

  1. Grind 1 pack of Britannia Bourbon biscuits into a coarse powder.
  2. Take a pan and add your grated paneer and milk.
  3.  Cook on a medium-low flame for 5–8 minutes.
  4. Add 4 tbsp sugar and cook until the sugar dissolves,
  5. Once dissolved, add the Britannia Bourbon biscuits powder.
  6. Stir until the mixture combines.
  7. Once done, remove it into a baking tray and garnish with nuts.
  8. Refrigerate for 30 minutes, and your Britannia Bourbon Kalakand is ready to serve!
