Ingredients

  • 2 packs of Britannia Milk Bikis
  • ½ cup of melted butter
  • 2 cups of milk
  • Cooked millet
  • Sugar
  • Cardamom powder
  • Pistachios

How to make :

Britannia Milk Bikis Millet Payasam Tart

  1. Grind your Britannia Milk Bikis into a coarse powder.
  2. Add butter and mix until it combines.
  3. Set in a tart mould, press it into place and bake it till it hardens.
  4. Meanwhile, take 2 cups of milk in a pan and add cooked millet, sugar, and cardamom powder.
  5. Combine it all together and once it thickens, take it off the pan.
  6. Layer this mixture over the tart base.
  7. Garnish with pistachios and rose petals and let it chill for a couple of hours.
  8. There you go, your millet payasam tart is ready to serve!
