- 1 tsp oil
- 1 ½ cup mixed vegetables (chopped)
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp red chilli flakes
- 1-2 Tortillas
- Lettuce Leaves
- 1 Britannia Cheese Block

How to Make:
- Take a pan, put it on medium heat and add 1 tsp of oil.
- Add all your chopped mixed vegetables to the hot pan
- Season your vegetables with ½ tsp of salt and black pepper.
- Add in red chilli flakes and cook until tender.
- Once cooked thoroughly, set it aside for assembly.

Assembly Process
- Place your tortillas on a flat surface.
- Add a few leaves of lettuce to the tortilla.
- Generously place your cooked mixed vegetables on top.
- Grate some of your Britannia Cheese Block until satisfied
- Ensure that you leave about half an inch off the edges for easy wrapping.
- Now wrap it like a burrito to ensure nothing falls out.
- Cut the burrito diagonally from the centre, add some more cheese on top and serve!

You can chop your lettuce to have a more easy burrito wrapping experience.
