Ingredients

  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 ½ cup mixed vegetables (chopped)
  • ½ tsp salt 
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp red chilli flakes
  • 1-2 Tortillas 
  • Lettuce Leaves
  • 1 Britannia Cheese Block

How to Make:

  1. Take a pan, put it on medium heat and add 1 tsp of oil. 
  2. Add all your chopped mixed vegetables to the hot pan
  3. Season your vegetables with ½ tsp of salt and black pepper.
  4. Add in red chilli flakes and cook until tender. 
  5. Once cooked thoroughly, set it aside for assembly.

Assembly Process

  1. Place your tortillas on a flat surface.
  2. Add a few leaves of lettuce to the tortilla.
  3. Generously place your cooked mixed vegetables on top.
  4. Grate some of your Britannia Cheese Block until satisfied
  5. Ensure that you leave about half an inch off the edges for easy wrapping.
  6. Now wrap it like a burrito to ensure nothing falls out. 
  7. Cut the burrito diagonally from the centre, add some more cheese on top and serve!

Special Tip

You can chop your lettuce to have a more easy burrito wrapping experience.
