- 1 cup boiled potatoes
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp powdered black pepper
- 1 tsp fresh parsley
- 1 pack Britannia Cheese Cubes
- 2 tbsp cornflour
- Oil for deep frying

- In a mixing bowl, add 1 cup of boiled potatoes.
- Season your potatoes with ½ tsp powdered black pepper and salt.
- Chop your fresh parsley, add it to the bowl and mix.
- Take a small portion of your potato mix and flatten it in your hand.
- Grate some Britannia Cheese Cubes and add it in the centre.
- Once the cheese is added, make it into a ball.
- Lightly coat the balls in cornflour and dust off the excess.
- In a large pan, add your tater tots into hot oil for deep frying.
- Once golden brown, take them out and wait for assembly.
- Place your cooked tater tots on a plate and garnish with chopped parsley.
