Ingredients

  • ½ cup caster sugar
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp chopped nuts
  • ¼ cup dark rum
  • 3 tbsp corn syrup
  • 2 packs Good Day Chunkies

How to make :

Rum Balls: Chocolate Infused Delights

  1. Crumble the Good Day Chunkies biscuits in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add ¼ cup dark rum to the biscuits and mix well.
  3. Add ½ cup caster sugar and ¼ cup cocoa powder to the biscuits.
  4. Pour 3 tbsp corn syrup into the mixing bowl and knead well to form a dough.
  5. Sprinkle some chopped nuts and mix well.
  6. Shape the mixture into equal-sized chocolate rum balls and coat with some sprinkles.

Special Tip

Go the extra mile and coat the dark rum balls with desiccated coconut, nuts, or cocoa powder.
