- ½ cup caster sugar
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp chopped nuts
- ¼ cup dark rum
- 3 tbsp corn syrup
- 2 packs Good Day Chunkies
How to make :
Rum Balls: Chocolate Infused Delights
- Crumble the Good Day Chunkies biscuits in a mixing bowl.
- Add ¼ cup dark rum to the biscuits and mix well.
- Add ½ cup caster sugar and ¼ cup cocoa powder to the biscuits.
- Pour 3 tbsp corn syrup into the mixing bowl and knead well to form a dough.
- Sprinkle some chopped nuts and mix well.
- Shape the mixture into equal-sized chocolate rum balls and coat with some sprinkles.
Special Tip
Go the extra mile and coat the dark rum balls with desiccated coconut, nuts, or cocoa powder.
