Ingredients

  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • Britannia Pure Magic Chocolush Cookies
  • ‍vanilla essence (optional)

Biscuit Layer- 

  1. Using a food processor, grind about 8–10 Britannia Pure Magic Chocolush Cookies into a fine powder. 
  2. Take another 4–6 Britannia Pure Magic Chocolush Cookies and chop them into small chunks. 
  3. Take the chopped cookies and set them aside for later.

Cream Layer

  1. Take a large mixing bowl and add one cup of whipping cream.
  2. Whisk the cream until you see stiff peaks starting to form.
  3. Separate your whipped cream into two large bowls.
  4. In one of the bowls, add 70% of the ground Britannia Pure Magic Chocolush Cookies.
  5. With a spatula, fold the whipped cream and cookie mixture.
  6. Keep folding the mixture slowly, until all of the cream and cookies have been incorporated completely.
  7. With the other bowl of whipped cream, you can add vanilla essence to enhance the flavour. (optional)

Final Assembly

  1. Take two piping bags and fill the chocolatey mixture into one and the plain whipped cream in the other.
  2. Take the finely chopped  Britannia Pure Magic Chocolush Cookies and place it at the bottom of your serving dish. 
  3. Pipe a generous layer of chocolate mousse into the dish.
  4. Add a layer of finely chopped Britannia Pure Magic Chocolush Cookies.
  5. Pipe the second layer of chocolate mousse on top.
  6. Add another layer of the Britannia Pure Magic Chocolush Cookies.
  7. You can repeat this layering process until you reach the top of the dish.
  8. Now take the plain whipped cream and add the final garnishing layer. This adds a pop of colour to your chocolate mousse.

You can always flavour your plain whipped cream with any flavouring you enjoy to ensure you get the perfect and most decadent chocolate mousse.
