Who doesn’t love a good chocolate chip cookie? Especially when it's made in just one bowl. This creamy cream cheese and choco chip cookie is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. It's everything a homemade cookie ought to be, so gear up and let’s get baking!

Ingredients
- ½ cup Britannia cream cheese
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- Vanilla essence
- 2 cups flour
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp corn flour
- Chocolate chips
- ½ cup butter
- 1 tsp baking powder
How to make :
Cream Cheese Choco Chip Cookies
- Add your butter and sugars to a large mixing bowl.
- Add your cream cheese and whisk it up with a hand blender.
- Once smooth, add a few drops of your vanilla essence.
- Then add flour, baking powder and baking soda.
- Add your corn flour and your egg.
- Mix everything together with a spatula and then add your chocolate chips.
- Mix everything together and then refrigerate for an hour.
- Meanwhile, preheat your oven to 180°C.
- Once done, shape the cookies into balls and place them on a baking tray
- Stick them in the oven for 10–15 minutes.
- Remove when golden brown and enjoy your cookies.
