Assembly Process

  1. Take your Britannia Cheese Cubes and add the cubes to the marinade.
  2. Put them on a skewer with the green marinated cheese cube first, then the white one and finally the saffron-coloured cheese cube.
  3. Ensure all the sides of the cheese cubes are marinated with their respective marinades.
  4. Add a little bit of oil to the grill pan and place your tri-colour cheese skewers.
  5. Turn them on all sides till they get their beautiful colour and enjoy!

Special Tip

If you can't take the spice of regular red chilli powder, add Kashmiri chilli powder. They will add the colour but will reduce the spiciness.
