- 1.5 cup hung curd
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- ½ tsp oregano
- Salt to taste

Sandwich Filling
- In a large mixing bowl, add 1.5 cups of hung curd. If you do not have hung curd, take thick curd and strain it for 15 -30 minutes.
- Chop red, green and yellow bell pepper into small cubes and add them to the bowl.
- Add 1 tsp of red chilli powder or red chilli flakes.
- Season with ½ tsp of oregano.
- Add salt according to your preference.
- Use a spatula to mix this thoroughly until all the ingredients have been incorporated.

Plate ‘em Up
- Take your Britannia 50-50 jeera biscuits and place them on a serving dish.
- Dollop your creamy hung curd and bell pepper mixture onto the Britannia 50-50 jeera biscuits.
- Place another biscuit on top and press them down for the filling to spread evenly.
- Take a table knife and scrape off the excess to give it a clean look.
- Your Britannia Jeera Biscuit sandwiches are ready to serve!
