Ingredients

  • Britannia Jim Jam Pops
  • 500 ml milk
  • 25 g vanilla custard powder
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • Strawberry jam/ crush
  • 3 tbsp sugar

Custard Layer

  1. Add 2 tbsp or 25 g of custard powder in a small bowl.
  2. Mix 125 ml of room-temperature milk into the custard powder until it forms a paste.
  3. Add the remaining 375 ml of milk into a medium-sized saucepan.
  4. Add 3 tbsp of sugar to the milk.
  5. On medium heat, bring the milk to a boil.
  6. Start stirring the milk and add the paste to the boiling milk.
  7. Continue to stir the mixture for 2-3 minutes to avoid any lumps.
  8. Let the custard cool down. Put it in the refrigerator to speed up the cooling process.

Strawberry Cream Layer 

  1. Add 1 cup whipping cream to a bowl and whisk till stiff peaks form.
  2. Add 4 tbsp of strawberry crush into the whipped cream.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream till both of the ingredients are thoroughly mixed.

Biscuit Layer

  1. Take your Britannia Jim Jam Pops and put it into a food processor.
  2. Grind the Britannia Jim Jam Pops until you reach a crumbly consistency.
