Little Hearts Soan Papdi Baskets

Ingredients
- 1 pack soan papdi
- 3 tbsp ghee
- 100 gms khoya
- 5 tbsp powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp kesar-infused milk
- 1 packet Britannia Little Hearts
How to make :
Little Hearts Soan Papdi Baskets
1. Empty 1 pack of soan papdi into a bowl and gently break it down with a fork.
2. Add 3 tbsp ghee to the broken soan papdi and mix well.
3. Line your cupcake tray with cupcake liners.
4. Add your soan papdi mixture in each cupcake liner and use a glass or spoon to form an indentation in the middle.
5. In a separate bowl, mix 100 gms khoya, 5 tbsp powdered sugar, and 2 tbsp kesar-infused milk.
6. Crush 1 packet of Britannia Little Hearts and add it to the khoya mixture, whisking it all together.
7. Fill the soan papdi liners with the new mixture and top each with a Little Heart.

If you don’t have a cupcake tray, you can use shot glasses for the same effect.
