Ingredients

  • Britannia Snack Co Himalayan Pink Salt & Pepper Makhana
  • ½ cup chopped onions
  • ½ cup chopped tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp green mint chutney
  • 2 tbsp tamarind chutney
  • ¼ tsp chaat masala
  • 1 tbsp pomegranate seeds
  • 2 tbsp sev
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves

How to make :

  1. Add one pack of Britannia Snack Co Makhana to a mixing bowl.
  2. Mix in chopped onions and tomatoes.
  3. Pour green chutney and tamarind chutney into the mix.
  4. Sprinkle a pinch of chaat masala.
  5. Mix all the ingredients well to make sure everything is thoroughly mixed.
  6. Present the makhana bhel on serving plates and top with some pomegranate seeds, sev, and chopped coriander.
