Ingredients
- 2 cups mashed potatoes
- 1 cup paneer
- 2 tsp salt
- 2-3 green chillies
- 2 tsp red chilli powder
- ½ tsp garam masala
- ½ mango powder
- ½ tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp fresh coriander
- 1 pack Britannia Cheese Slices
- 1 pack Britannia Cheese Cubes
- 3 tbsp besan
- ½ cup water
- 1 tbsp butter
- Oil for frying
- 4 tbsp green chutney
- 2 vada pav buns

Vada Pav Wow
- Take 2 cups of plain mashed potatoes and add them in a large mixing bowl.
- Add 1 cup of freshly grated paneer.
- Add ½ tsp of salt and red chilli powder into the mix.
- Finely chop 2-3 green chillies based on your personal preference.
- Bring the familiar flavour of vada pav with ½ tsp of garam masala, mango powder and coriander powder.
- Add 1 tsp of finely chopped fresh coriander and mix thoroughly.
- Take your Britannia Cheese Cubes and Britannia Cheese Slices.
- Fold one Britannia Cheese Cube from all sides with 1 Britannia Cheese Slice.
- Take a bit of butter and spread it around in your hands.
- Take a portion of the potato mixture and flatten it in your palm.
- Place your folded cheese in the middle and coat it with some more potato mix until it forms a pav.
- Next, take a mixing bowl and about 3 tbsp of besan.
- Add a pinch of salt and ⅓ tsp of chilli powder.
- Pour in your water until you form a slurry that is neither too thick nor too thin.

Plate ‘em Up
- Take your pavs and coat them with the besan slurry that you have made.
- In a saucepan, add oil for frying and drop your coated pavs in them.
- Once golden brown, strain the oil and place it on the side.
- Take your vada pav bun and slice it through the middle.
- Add a knob of butter and slather it in the buns according to your preference.
- Coat the bread with the green chutney for vada pav.
- Place your vada on and put the top bun to complete.
