Ingredients

  • 1 pack of Britannia Marie Gold 
  • 1 pack of Britannia Bourbon 
  • Brown sugar
  • Melted Butter
  • Cream cheese
  • Thick yoghurt
  • Lemon juice
  • Sugar 
  • Vanilla extract
  • Whipped cream
  • Milk

How to make :

No-Bake Britannia Marie & Bourbon Cheesecake

  1. Take your packet of Britannia Marie Gold and grind the biscuits into a crumb.
  2. Add your melted butter and brown sugar to the biscuit crumb and mix till it combines.
  3. Using this mix, line the bottom of your cheesecake pan and press it into shape.
  4. Set it in the fridge while you complete the remaining steps.
  5. Take a large mixing bowl and add your cream cheese.
  6. Add thick yoghurt and lemon juice over the cream cheese.
  7. Add a few drops of vanilla extract.
  8. Fold in your whipped cream and mix everything together, making sure there are no lumps.
  9. Add this mixture over your biscuit layer in your cake pan.
  10. Spread it evenly and refrigerate overnight.
  11. Take some Britannia Bourbon biscuits and blend them together with milk to create a thick cream.
  12. Dole this cream over your cheesecake to add the final touch.
  13. Top with Bourbon biscuits and whipped cream, and your no-bake bourbon cheesecake is done!
