- 1 pack of Britannia Marie Gold
- 1 pack of Britannia Bourbon
- Brown sugar
- Melted Butter
- Cream cheese
- Thick yoghurt
- Lemon juice
- Sugar
- Vanilla extract
- Whipped cream
- Milk
How to make :
No-Bake Britannia Marie & Bourbon Cheesecake
- Take your packet of Britannia Marie Gold and grind the biscuits into a crumb.
- Add your melted butter and brown sugar to the biscuit crumb and mix till it combines.
- Using this mix, line the bottom of your cheesecake pan and press it into shape.
- Set it in the fridge while you complete the remaining steps.
- Take a large mixing bowl and add your cream cheese.
- Add thick yoghurt and lemon juice over the cream cheese.
- Add a few drops of vanilla extract.
- Fold in your whipped cream and mix everything together, making sure there are no lumps.
- Add this mixture over your biscuit layer in your cake pan.
- Spread it evenly and refrigerate overnight.
- Take some Britannia Bourbon biscuits and blend them together with milk to create a thick cream.
- Dole this cream over your cheesecake to add the final touch.
- Top with Bourbon biscuits and whipped cream, and your no-bake bourbon cheesecake is done!
