Ingredients
- 1 capsicum
- 1 onion
- 100 gms paneer
- 2 tbsp hung curd
- 1 tbsp besan
- ½ tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- ½ tsp cumin powder
- ½ tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp kasuri methi
- ¼ tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tbsp fresh cream
- 1 pack of Britannia 50 50 Potazos
How to make :
Potazos Tandoori Paneer Party Appetiser
- Dice your capsicum and onion into uniform cubes.
- Cut your paneer into bite-sized cubes.
- Add 2 tbsp hung curd and 1 tbsp besan.
- Add ½ tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp coriander powder and ½ tsp cumin powder.
- Add ½ tsp garam masala, 1 tsp kasuri methi, ¼ tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and ½ tsp salt.
- Mix everything together.
- Add your paneer cubes and coat them evenly with the mixture.
- Let it marinate for a few minutes while you take out a frying pan.
- Slap 2 tbsp butter on a pan and add your marinated paneer.
- Add capsicum and onion and cook on a medium heat.
- Once done, take it off the pan and prep your biscuit base.
- Take a serving tray and line your Britannia 50 50 Potazos biscuits on it.
- Dole a spoonful of paneer on each cube.
- Serve with a side of chutney.

The longer you let your paneer marinate the stronger the flavour!
