Ingredients
- 1 cup yoghurt
- ½ tsp salt
- 1tsp tandoori masala
- ⅓ tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves
- 1 block Britannia Come Alive Paneer
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 pack nachos
- 1 Britannia Cheese Block
- 1 Britannia Cheese Spread - Asli Pepper
- 1 tbsp milk

Toppings
- Take 1 cup of yoghurt and add it to a large mixing bowl.
- Season the yoghurt with a ½ tsp of salt.
- Add 1 tsp of tandoori masala for that pop of colour and taste.
- Put in ⅓ tsp garam masala to bring out the Indian flavour
- Squeeze in 1 tsp of lemon juice.
- Chop your coriander leaves and about 1 tsp worth in the bowl.
- Chop your Britannia Come Alive Paneer into cubes and add them to the mix.
- Add 1 tsp oil to a grill pan and coat it thoroughly.
- Ensure that the pan is piping hot, and add your marinated paneer.
- Once cooked, set them aside in a bowl and wait for assembly.
- Add a generous amount of Britannia Cheese Spread - Asli Pepper in a small bowl.
- Pour in 1 tbsp of milk until you reach a saucy consistency.
- Set it aside for assembly.

Plate it Up
- In your serving dish, add a generous amount of nachos.
- Place your grilled paneer tikka on top of the nachos.
- Take your Britannia Cheese Block and grate it on the nachos until satisfied.
- Drizzle your cheese sauce on top of the nachos to make them extra cheesy.
- Add 1 tsp of chopped coriander on top as the final garnish and enjoy!
Special Tip
Add your cheese sauce only when you are about to eat your cheesy nachos to avoid them becoming soggy.
