Ingredients
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp garlic
- ½ tsp ginger
- ½ cup onion
- ⅓ cup capsicum
- ½ cup carrot
- 1 cup cabbage
- ½ tsp pepper
- Salt to taste
- 1 pack of Britannia 50 50 Maska Chaska
- ½ tsp soya sauce
- 1 tsp red chilli sauce
- Schezwan sauce
How to make :
50 50 Maska Chaska Open Spring Roll
- Pour just 1 tbsp oil in a wok on medium flame.
- Add your garlic, ginger and all the veggies to the wok.
- Add pepper and salt to taste.
- Saute for 1–2 minutes on high flame.
- Add soya and red chilli sauce and stir.
- Take it off the stove and prep your 50 50 Maska Chaska base.
- Place the biscuits on a tray and coat each with a layer of schezwan sauce.
- Add the stir-fried veggies on top.
- Serve with a side of schezwan sauce!
Special Tip
If you’re looking for a non-vegetarian version of this recipe, just toss some shredded chicken into the wok along with the veggies.
